Most IPTV login errors are caused by a small mismatch in the account details or an incorrect sign-in method in the player app. Use the exact format provided with your subscription.
Login checklist
- Confirm that you are using the correct username, password and server or portal address.
- Remove accidental spaces added while copying information.
- Check capital letters and symbols carefully.
- Make sure the device has internet access and the date and time are correct.
- Close the app completely, reopen it and enter the details once more.
Use the right sign-in option
Player apps can offer different methods, such as playlist URL, portal or API login. Use the method that matches the details you received. Entering valid details into the wrong form will still produce an error.
Security: never post account credentials in public comments or screenshots. Send them only through the support channel when requested.
Which account is the app asking for?
A player may ask you to sign into its own premium-feature account before you add an IPTV service. These are separate logins. Your Marinios streaming credentials belong in the service or playlist profile, not necessarily in the app publisher's subscription screen. Match the fields to the details you received. Our M3U and Xtream Codes guide explains common formats.
Check the server address character by character
Keep the supplied protocol, domain and port if present. Do not substitute the public Marinios website address for the account server. Copying can introduce spaces, omit the last characters or include punctuation from a message. Retype only the affected field rather than changing all credentials at once.
Confirm activation and expiry
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the streaming account is already provisioned. Check the activation message and any stated expiry, especially with a short trial. If the account previously worked, ask support to confirm status before requesting a new password. Check the trial options for the currently offered durations.
Use a simple comparison
- Record the exact error text and when it appears.
- Close other active sessions within the household.
- Confirm the device has internet access and the correct date and time.
- Try the verified credentials once more in the correct account format.
A time-out may indicate a connection or server issue rather than an incorrect password. An authentication error needs an account check. Avoid repeated rapid login attempts or entering credentials into an online checker you do not trust.
Escalate without exposing credentials
Use the contact page and provide the order reference, device, player and error text. Hide passwords and full playlist URLs in screenshots. If the login succeeds but the channel list is empty, continue with playlist troubleshooting rather than resetting the account again.
Still need help?
Send your device model, player version, error text and the checks you tried. Remove passwords and full account links from screenshots.
